Josh is a founding member of the law firm of McCullers & Whitaker.  Josh concentrates his practice on real estate law, business/contract law, wills and estates, education law and general civil litigation.  Josh routinely advises his clients regarding real estate transactions, both residential and commercial; business entity creation as well as the purchase or sale of business entities.

Josh is a 1995 graduate of Garner Senior High School.  Josh and his wife, Charolette, reside in Garner with their two sons, Mikey and Jake.
