Jeremy hails from the inaccurately named small town of New London in Stanly County, North Carolina. He attended North Stanly High School before matriculating on to The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He balanced out that painfully liberal undergraduate education by attending the stalwart baptist Campbell University in quaint Buies Creek for law school and MBA, obtaining both and passing the bar in 2003.
He resides in Garner with wife Rachel and their 2 daughters, Caroline (3) and Harper (2). Anyone that believes they have ever come across two cuter kids should feel free to contact him at his office and place a wager. Their mother is a partner at Schwartz and Shaw in Raleigh, practicing education law.
Jeremy has practiced in many fields but is best known for a large volume of traffic defense work across a half-dozen triangle counties. He managed the Everett Law Firm in Chapel Hill before leaving to join McCullers and Whitaker. In addition to handling what he estimates at easily 10,000 traffic tickets, he has DWI trial experience across seven counties.
